Synopsis
Danny O'Brien est de retour sur le terrain pour affronter le tristement célèbre Simon Moon, alias « The Terror ». Trois ans plus tôt, O'Brien avait capturé The Terror à lui seul, ce qui lui avait valu d'être salué comme un héros par les habitants de Los Angeles. Aujourd'hui, Simon s'est échappé et a recommencé à tuer des femmes, et O'Brien est le seul à pouvoir l'arrêter.
